2002 : A blend of Merlot and Cabernet
Sauvignon, selected on some of the best vine parcels, this wine hase an intense
and deep colour with warm and powerfull rawsberry and blackcurrant aromas
This wine is aged 8 mounths in french oak casks. To drink from now
onwards for young frutty aromas or to keep 3 to 5 years. Specification sheet

Bergerac rosé 2003 : A tipical Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, it has quite a
limpid tint and plaisant red fruit aromas ( cherry and strawberry)

Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle,the nose is very aromatic and complex with
exotic fruit hints. This is a very well balanced wine, at the same time full and

Monbazillac Cuvée Amélie 2001 : Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle come together in this young
and well balanced sweet wine. To drink as an apéritif or with some foie gras.
The hields picked during the harvests are very low to insure a permanent search
for quality. Our wines are regularly stated in the specialist press ( Hachette,
Cuisine et vins de France...) and you will find our wines on many winelists in
restaurants, mainly in the production area. Our establishement is also
referenced in the Relais et Château chain and has been for many years.

l'Envège 1999 : This little estate of 7
hectares in the center of the Monbazillac wine area was bought from Château
Haut-Bernasse, one of the most respected châteaus in the area. The production
and the vinification are still taken care of by Jacques Blais (the former owner
of the château) who is regularly rewarded for the quality of the wines that we
produces (low heilds, 10 hectoliter per hectare, ageing in new oak
casks...)
